I'm not sure if of interest but when I do the inside of the wagons I do each plank individually I'm hoping that it helps creat that each plank is separate look

Almost there now I'll put it to one side for a bit and come back to it I'm hoping that it's looking a little bit like the photo above

Not sure if Mike Osborne will read this, but if he does - is that body pattern one of yours Mike?

image.jpeg image.jpeg Mike, yes I believe that is the one I made for Meteor Models that went to Adrain Swain.
Although I have made over 15 patterns for various people I have very few of my own in my collection. I would like some of the Dia 2 and 4 plus the hopper wagons but I don't expect to get them now. I would love to do some more patterns and produce them myself but like a lot of people I have various personal issues to deal with as well as getting a bit long in the tooth.
I have made a few different varieties of Dia 1 for myself including this early version with rounded corners and old leather buffers. It just needs the axleboxes fitting and finishing off with lettering and other small bits.
Does anyone know how Adrain Swain is in these trying times ?
