OK ladeez and gennelmen – about 5 weeks to go before I have to put the next Newsletter together and so far I have near enough nothing. Please, if you don't want the next issue to be even thinner than the last, start putting fingers to keyboard.

I thank yew!

An eternal cry, sadly. I'm wracking my brain cell to see if there's anything new I might come up with that hasn't already been done to death. Who wants to read yet another BG coach build article? :))

I could pen a few paragraphs on the "baby" Prairie retrobuild, as it is an S7 build.

Leave it with me.

I will send in a report from the West Sussex S7 Group - nothing to get too excited about but it may fill a corner! I assume the end of this month is the deadline for the May newsletter? I could enjoy some contributions from Heather on either a coach or a 'baby' prairie or even both.

Eternal cry indeed! Many thanks Heather for your stalwart support.

Thanks Julian. Any chance of a photo too? :)

Thanks Colin. I hope to see you at Albury as well so I can get some more pix of Love Lane.
Richard,
We won't have Love Lane operating at Albury this year. We hope to have 4 other layouts in either complete form or in construction, these to be confirmed in the next few days. We should have the Love Lane station base board on show so that the station building can be seen in its present state.

That'll do! Anyone care to publicise the four layouts...

Time for the quarterly appeal for Newsletter content. Press deadline is the end of this month and there is very little material in the bag. Sorry to keep nagging (every three months – heavy) but it's your Newsletter, not mine. I just put it all together...

Last Call! Would any S7 Area Group organisers who wish to be immortalised in print please get their reports to me ASAP.

The needy whine of Newsletter Editors can be heard up and down the country once more... Yup, I'm trying to collect material for NL114. All contributions embarrassingly gratefully received – by the middle of October please, though notices of intent can be sent today.

Well, obviously there’s the autumn meeting in Tickenham. That’s just before your deadline. I will make it my mission to try and take interesting photos and make some kind of report for you. That’ll cover half a page. :D

Thanks Heather. It'll be more than half a page the way I use photos! I was intending to be there myself but my wife has a gig that weekend.
