Jinty 47406 in BR black (looks just the job on maroon mark 1s)
L150 the London Underground prairie
And then Jeremy Hoskings GWR 2-8-0 4270 - looks and sounds superb. Plus resident 0-6-0 Austerity saddle tank - which was particularly loud yesterday with day 1 of the gala.
I have to declare an interest and I work on the AVR and worked there yesterday as signalman - about 52 booked train movements - not bad on a 3 mile line, with the longest ever rake of freight stock running with some nicely restored wagons in the rake. Positive feedback from visitors yesterday - and I looked on enviously as folk tucked into pie and chips with real ale - I had to stick to cans of tea!
