I thought it was about time I became active on this site. My main interest is 7mm scale FS based on the South Wales Valleys and the Cambrian Railways in the 1950s and early 1960s. My South Wales layout Cwm Bach featured in the August 2018 edition of the Railway Modeller and concurrent edition of the Model Railway Journal. I am also a founder and part owner of Minerva Model Railways Ltd and Ixion Model Railways Ltd.

Welcome to the madhouse, if you have been having ‘sneak previews’ of what goes on, you will have noticed that the currency here is lots of photos with your posts, which you seem to manage with your postings elsewhere, so no problems.

Kind regards

Mike

Welcome along Chris. Is this just another thinly disguised attempt to get CK* to buy another Pannier? He almost succumbed at Railwells you know...

Chris (aka 2ManySpams)

*CK = Captain Kernow (Tim)

There are several 'CK's on WT apart from newly-arrived Chris Klein (about time too!)
Captain Kernow (and others) may have something to say about the use of enigmatic initials.

Will we have to refer the 'original' CK as 'Capt K' then??

(some might say 'Special K' would be more appropriate??)

That was just a ruse. I already have an 8750 pannier (although a nice riveted '57XX' type with the older cab would be nice).

I was actually gazing at the cute, red Kerr Stuart.

Hoping for respite from the tedious politics and circular arguments in another place.

You've come to the right place here. Welcome Chris.

C-c-c-cwm Bach, C-c-c-cwm Bach. Mmmmm - inspired by Pink Floyd's track Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave With a Pict from their Ummagumma album? :)
