Friday afternoon at Crymlyn A Shop and the Covid 19 virus has had an effect on many of their subcontractors and suppliers. Component supply for the Peckett X class locomotive 1147 has almost dried up. So our foreman has got some of the Boyos working on the Private Owner wagon contracts. The Boyos are working at the prescribed 45.5mm social distancing with our foreman supervising Dai the Paint and Owen the Spanners. There will be no distractions for the Boyos with the girls from the local leisure centre as they are self isolating in their pens. Our foreman’s wife has been practicing “Social distancing” since their wedding night!
