Hi Rob,

no interest in flea-bay at all, so we'll see what happens on the Bring & Buy at Telford - crews and coal to be installed later today.

I can appreciate that, a lot of people cannot be bothered with the hassle. I had a good weekend last weekend selling a lot of 4mm D&S kits while they still had some value. Dan is starting to produce some 4mm stuff again and I had paid more then he is going to charge for a couple of horse boxes. In the end I got double what I paid for a couple of items and a bit more than I paid for all the rest so I am not complaining. It also gave me the funds to increase my Sidelines kit stock to three so along with a couple of Haywood's coaches that I have, I will at least have a rake to pull.

I had a good draw from the B&B at Telford last yearand am keeping my fingers crossed for this year. Having run the B&B for the Guildford Group at Reading during the 90s and early 00s and now doing it for the GOG Area 4 at Gresford, it makes a change to be a customer.

regards

Mike

I am going to make best efforts to get to Telford next year - I just need to remember not to book holidays so close to it. I can't even blame the wife as I booked it. :headbang: :headbang:
I had a look around the B&B at Halifax and while I didn't see much I wanted to buy it is an option for selling, there certainly looked like lots of interest.

I missed Telford two years ago because it was due date for my youngest - we didnt plan that very well   Still there are plenty more shows and unless you have bottomless pockets, limited finance, so its just a little more to spend at the next show.

I totally agree Phill and I was hoping, and looking forward, to visiting Telford this year for the first time since 2001 and all the pennies are saved up.

However, that plan is now in shatters because I have been invited to a 50th anniversary school reunion and I am afraid that it will have to take priority. So, the plan is now to go over to Reading in December to collect my Christmas present.
