Figure Repaint For a friend

This weekend I am going to take a break from building my lay out and concentrate on some figure painting.

A friend of mine (yes I do have some, amazingly) from The Heyside Group asked me if I would repaint some figs and also paint some from scratch for him. To be fair he had made a nice job of what he had done and those just need some high and low lights plus a little work on their faces, which I have now started.
I am also going to be painting a couple of my own gigs, namely a Shunter and my Station Master.

All figs are by Modelu.

John :)

Hi Mr PT
Excellent work.
They all very nice and I could accept any of them but when you painted the "mini me" you made a error. My hair, what little there is has been grey for the last 50 years and you made the bit below the hat dark. Where you trying to take some years of me?:);)

Hi John

What are the Omen paints like to use?

Are they similar to Vallejo and MIG acrylics, easy to thin to apply as washes?

Hi Dave,

to be honest this is the first time I have used them and have to say they are great. They are quite thick compared to Vallejo but easy to thin and the washes they make are excellent.

John :)
