Finney7 LSWR T3

With the Armstrong now ready to visit the Yorkshire village of Ossett (;)) it's time to move on to the next build. This time it's for the recently released Finney7 kit for the LSWR T3. Straight from the box build with just a couple of tweaks to help the aid the painter. (You know we like to keep them happy)

Since when has the Finney7 T3 been released? I didn't think the castings had yet been done.

Is this not the T9?

Having said that I do rather like what has been done so far.

Rob,

The Adams T3 was one of the first kits we reintroduced, along with the Adams Radial, and M7. They've been available for just over a year now. I chose these as the 'pipecleaner' as I'm reasonably familiar with the prototypes.

The T9s, L11 and Drummond tenders should follow in mid 2018 (ish). At first sight there's not a huge amount to do, but having been working on the reintroductions for about two years at that point I will want to briefly stop and build something once everything is back in production; a wide cab T9 being my choice! So they'll be among the last kits for reintroduction - I'm flat out on the retool for the LNER pacifics at the moment and there's some GWR to do as well.

Apologies for my daft mistake. In my mind it was the T9 that had been re-released alongside the other two but when I think about it both the T9 and L11 build of the etches were on the stand at Telford. Doh!!!!!!!!!!!
