    Looking at the quality of the 9F I honestly don't mind how long it takes.
    But if it is out by then it will be my Christmas present to my self as well.

    Shame about MOK pulling the plug on their version, but nice to know there may be a viable alternative. Does anyone have experience of Warren's kits please?

    I agree Dan, I've never built a kit of Warren’s but I’ve used a lot of his castings and they are always superb.

    Thanks Steve. Quality castings is half way there, so we just need some accurate etches and some half-decent instructions to go with them. :)

    Built a couple of Warren’s kits. Entirely fine IMO.

    The 52xx shown on his website is mine. I built a boiler for my 28xx using his Hall etches, and the tender for my Dukedog is one of Warren’s

    I seen the painted body at conrad’s last week resplendent I’m lined black and it looks superb.
