Not sure if this is of any interest, but I have some rather good 3D printed grilles awaiting me getting around to a 7mm 18100. They are available if someone is proposing a kit.
Why do I have the grilles? As an unusual vane form, they looked to me as the crucial thing to get right before progressing any further.
