Identify Locomotive Shed?

Seen in a subscription promo in the current STEAM WORLD -

A neat looking brick loco shed, hinting of LNWR origins maybe?
There is a small rectangular water tank to left on a brick base.
I guess it may have featured in a recent Steam World article?

Can anyone identify this shed please?

Interesting you should suggest that Phil, the water tank is similar style to GER - very plain vertical side plates with a 12" radius on the base.

Winsford LNWR? Similar layout of shed, tank and adjacent lines. Need to check when I get home in the morning.

Edit. Winsford and Over to be exact.

I was close (but no banana).
I will blame a busy night at work.
Winsford and Over is the CLC station the other side of the river.......

Have a banana on me, Rob! banana copy.gif

It was the distinctive brick / mortar work that initially leaned me towards LNWR.
I spent a while searching for LNWR sheds but to no avail.
That was before I started looking at GER sheds  :D

Many thanks both for solving the mystery (and to Phil for what proved to be a very interesting distraction) - much appreciated!

I was just looking at all those salt works on your map link - what an amazing network of industry, well worth a close look!
This is the overall scene (shed is lower centre):

Some where in my magazine collection is an article about the salt works once based there. Either Bylines or Backtrack.
Col.

Thanks! Just found an excellent 12 page article in BYLINES Nov 1998 by Oswald Barker and Bryan Wilson - "Branch lines to Winsford", covering both LNW and CLC lines.

Can't find anything in my BYLINES index on the salt works (I converted most of the cryptic titles to subject words but may have missed one or two so can't be certain there is not an article!).

My mag's are all boxed up in the workshop at the moment, although a grand opening of boxes is due very soon as I'm just finishing the workbenches etc. It's nice and warm too :D
