Reminds me of a time when I was in my early teens one of my friends made a bodge of his ratio 4 wheel GWR coach with the paint finish. So he used his dads nitromors to remove the paint. Must admit he never lived it down.

Edward Exley baked the paint his coach bodies, so I was told, so I pre-heated the oven and popped a BSL coach in. Smashing glass-like finish on the cellulose but the plastic batteryboxes unfriended me...
