Mick,
I will be working on Love lane tomorrow and hopefully we will have some of the curved track complete. I will take the Q6 over to check it out and figure any changes that might be necessary. I'll then post my results,

Mick,
We got some of the fiddle yard track down today including the curves joining it and the Love Lane station area. The radius of the curves are approximately 8ft 3in and 8ft 6in, its double track. Wider spacing than usual I know but its been designed to cope with John's Australian stuff in due course. The Q6 rolling chassis was used to test it and pleased to say no problems. The frames are 29mm over outside faces . Axle 1 and 2 have virtually no side play in order to eliminate any snagging on the connecting rods, slide bars and crosshead. Axles 3 and 4 have about 1.00mm of side play although I will tighten it up and re-test it. I tried it on my short length of curved track with just sideplay on the rear axle and this did cause some problems. The clearance on the 3rd axle solved it.
