Yes the old Commer Milk Float, issued in 1961, the one in the picture belongs to one of my sons and is mid 70's I guess.

Not having been on this forum for a considerable time I have just found this thread and what an absolute delight it is, the modelling skill is something to aspire to and the latest photos of the station building are cracking. I love the moss covered roof.

Thoroughly enjoying browsing this thread, it's inspirational.

Nice bit of Gothic ironwork on the roof and around the bay window :thumbs:.

Get the lighting right and you have a set for Arnold Ridley's 'The Ghost Train' - originally a stage play turned into a film in 1941.

Arnold Ridley (of Dad's Army fame) was a noted playwright.
