Re Paypal,

Yes I've heard of that happening, random amounts taken from accounts, most of the time Paypal pay it back, but it's never happened to me. You should be able to open a case against Paypal if your bank records show a Paypal transaction and your Paypal does not show a corresponding transaction. If your Paypal account is linked to a bank account it's much harder to resolve, if it's linked to a credit card then they tend to be much easier to get your money back, not just with Paypal but any other unsolicited withdrawals etc. which reminds me.....I need to change mine to a CC from a bank account.

JP. this little diversion from insanity is impressive and adds another feather to the WT bow... showing what can be done when we combine to put the case etc.. I thank you for starting the ball rolling and for dealing with the manufacturer.

I think cheque's will be best, or could do bank transfer, I don't want to use paypal as my wife found out yesterday that £180 had been taken out of our bank account last month as a paypal payment which we did not authorise and paypal have no record off, so may not be secure. Does anyone have any experiance of this? If its fraud does the bank have to refund you?

best pm me and we can sort out addresses and things.

There are 3 allocated to you Richard as requested.

J.P.

Thanks JP I will get some money sent to you today.

Thanx, JP.

OK you folks, listen up ... ... ...

It is now 18 months since this all blew past, and it seems that right now there are a total of ZERO of these things available for late-comers to the party
.
So I intend to commission David White to make some more. Firstly for my MMP Class 08, secondly for a few spares in case I ever have such a fit of madness again, and thirdly for anyone else that might want some.
And if there's any left over, then the S7 Stores might end up with them.

But I need to know if anyone else is interested. So please PM me and/or comment on here to let me know, and we'll see if this is worth investigaing.

Now that Steph has joined the S7 Group maybe he will be along soon... or maybe there are no plans for 33mm gauge models with outside cranks / jackshafts.

I believe that you said that you were going to Mark on Saturday. Might it be worth creating a flyer about these for non-WT S7 modellers? Or perhaps you're already way ahead of me.........!
Cheers

Hmm, there's not actually much in the way of plans for building anything in 33mm gauge at all if I'm honest...!

Have hat, coat and boots. They're behind the door and mine's a pint...

All

I intend to move forwards on this in the new year and place the order with Slaters.

If there's anyone else who would like to be included in this then please contact me. The bell's ringing, the train's about to leave the platform and the over-endowed lady is about to start singing....
