As suggested in a couple of posts there is some information posted (such as paint colours links to photos etc) that really needs to be updated regularly, and kept together in one post rather than scattered over a thread
My initial thought was to have a forum area where all members with over 10 posts could edit any post within that forum, but it has proved difficult to implement without changing a lot of default permissions, which I am reluctant to do as everything is working as it should.
A second simple option is for the OP to take 'ownership' of the thread and to update the the original post
Thirdly I could add some wiki software, but I am not sure how many of you have used or would use this sort of thing.

Thoughts and ideas welcome.......

Wiki?

I guess it also comes up with the answer - the second suggestion - probably less hassle in the long run by not having to so many c**k ups to correct.

I have used Wiki's on projects but they have been with more, erm 'geeky' people. my general observation here and elsewhere is that simple is best.....

I have seen enough to tell me that something simple and based within the forum is best. I just need to figure out the best way to implement it.

You may notice that I have started a reference section at the bottom of the page, this is to keep the links, photos etc organised without any chat :D
I will try to pick up material from the threads, but if you think something should be added/changed please post in the submissions thread and I will do the necessary .
