Suppliers of Delrin Chain?

I'm assuming your diesel will have to work a bit harder than Fry.
That seems a reasonable suggestion... thoughts of chocolate tea guards etc. are not pleasant when the motive power is one of Swindon's finest.

Rob....I now think the Y3 had a central engine unit and drive shaft, with separate chains connecting to each axle, so my earlier remarks on chain location may not be appropriate in this case. However, I'm not suggesting you copy the full-size arrangement...
And why not? Rob loves a challenge :D .

I spoke to the Gent at ABC Gears today to ask when my motor/gearboxes for my Class 22 would be posted as they are now overdue, he explained that the machine producing the delrin chain had broken down but he was expecting a supply this week and should be posting to me shortly so hopefully those waiting for this chain will not have to wait much longer :), cheers Rob

After Dave's tip off I dropped "On The Wagon" a message via ebay and he listed another foot which I managed to grab this morning so I'm a happy bunny.

Thanks again to all who contributed suggestions. - now I just need some wheels for it.

I have just been on the phone to ABC chasing my motors, apparently the chain arrived last week but the gearboxes need finishing :(, good news for those requiring chain though, cheers Rob
