Morning all,
with just over a week to go to Larkrail I thought I would remind you all of the Larkrail Challenge. For the rules, or almost complete lack of them, see earlier in the thread.
Essentially, the challenge is an extension of the 'WT show and tell' table that we had at last years Camrail. As WT is very much a making and talking about it kind of thing on the interweb we thought it would be nice to extend this to the real world.
So, please bring your latest creation along to next weekends Larkrail so we can all have a look at it and talk about it. As I said before, your entry can be anything you have been working on, it doesn't even have to be finished. It can be of any prototype and in any scale or gauge although extra bonus points will be awarded for those entries that are outside their builders normal comfort zone.
At around midday, in a completely subjective and un-scientific way, I will announce the winner who will be awarded the prestigious and highly desirable Larkrail Challenge Trophy. Sadly, champagne may not be available to fill the Trophy for the toast but, in best Titfield tradition, the lucky winner will be offered tea!!
