Good evening everybody. So pleased to find this forum to share this fantastic hobby on. Always been a model maker though I don't claim any exceptional skills. I had an exhibition layout from 1996 to about 2000 and I've now been building a new layout for a couple of years - now on version 2! The new layout will be multi purpose simply changing the stage boards as the whim takes me - first up will be a Cornish Southern offering, but I've also got plans for a BR(W), a Southern Railway (post war) and a BR(E) ex M&GN line. (I might even do HO, O16.5, and HO30. As each will only require new stage boards I am hoping that each may only take a year or so to build - wife and finances permitting.

I've also set up a new blog for The RSR. I'm not a very prolific blogger but I will be putting updates on there as and when. http://thersr.wordpress.com/

During the day I am now able to class myself as a 'professional model maker'. Sounds very grand but essentially I am engaged as part of a team making some new model railways. Watch this space (and others) for more info in the months to come.

Better get on and do some modelling.
Thanks for reading.
Richard.

Thank you for the welcome to the forum. Pictures? Haven't got very many don't tend to take pics of what I've done. I'll see what I can find but don't expect too much.
