Good morning guy's . I have returned from the WSR Gala weekend, thoroughly enjoyed it. Met up with Phill, Ross and one of their mates Steve. We had a great time :thumbs:

Just sorted a few pics out, but i over did the pics on WESTERNS :drool: :drool: (i know ,no supprise there then i here you say :rolleyes: )

These are just a few , Phill and Ross ( well maybe not Ross as his camera is a box brownie :lol: , so he cant transfer images) i'm sure will post some more pics and probably a lot better than these anyway.

We spent quite a long time at Ian's admiring his models :cool: , so we didn't get back until midnight :shock: :lol: , great weekend though, good company, great loco's & lot's of sunshine...........what more can you ask ;) :D
What time did you get back ?, the sun seemed to stop shining as soon as we left Somerset...........better than it being the other way round though :lol:

Just had a look :eek: How did he manage that ? Did just Steve get in or both of you as well ?. :cool:

Yes the weather changed as we left somerset. Dropped dad off at 9.30pm and i got back about 9.45pm. Not a bad drive back, obviously the rain was a hinderance :rolleyes:

Dad keeps on about the curry and how he enjoyed it :thumbs: Top marks on choice of venue there mate :thumbs:

Three days condensed into ten minutes.... if it was any other pleasure it'd be illegal... :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol:
Cracking shots there Phill :thumbs: a nice glimpse of it all!! :bowdown:
Those clips have made me suddenly realise that although I've ridden the WSR end-to-end several times, I've never stopped off at any of the intermediate Stations...
And weren't all the locos nice and shiny?!? If I ever did get an O scale Wessie (a big if- don't get yer hopes up Rob!! :p ) I really wouldn't have the heart to weather it, honestly..!! :oops:
