Very nice Davy.

Mentioning tin plate works, I visited the Trostre works at Llanelli back in the day, when the company I worked for used to supply a grade of Phenolsulphonic Acid used in the tin plating process. It was a huge production site, the biggest I ever saw in terms of height and length, the latter to accomodate the length of the tinning lines. The only other site that came close was the plaster board production line at the British Gypsum works at Kirkby Thore in Cumbria. The BG works is still operating but I believe the Trostre works was sadly closed a few years ago.

Cheers,
Peter
