This S7 thing will never catch on you know. Can't possibly work. Hi-rail is the future, nice big flanges and you can even have a black third rail so the track looks really realistic.;)

Seriously though, Scale7 has been working perfectly well for me for over 20 years, and for lots of other people. My small bodged together exhibition layout has much sharper than recommended curves, some less than perfect rail joints and has kept working reliably for days at exhibitions over quite a few years now, first at Telford in 1998, York in '99 then every few years in Melbourne since surviving a trip in the back of a Land Rover in a container. Visiting locos and stock have worked with no problems and my locos and stock have run on quite a few other layouts without problems. So it doesn't surprise me at all that JB's beautiful and well engineered locos should perform so well, especially when running on well built, flowing track.

JB, keep posting videos of S7 locos in action. I am keen to see them. I would be surprised if they didn't work but won't be at all surprised if they do work very well indeed.
