I can't find anything about changing my email address, am I missing something.

Yes you are! Top right of the page it will say 'Hobbyhorse' with your wheel avatar to the left. On the right is a down arrow which, when clicked, drops down a menu. Click on 'Contact Details' and amend your info. You will need your password when changing your email address.
