Problems with postings

I prefer to use Ariel rather than TNR and I change the font prior to 'composing' the post, just lately though I have noticed that when I 'double return' prior to writing 'cheers' then double return 'Mike', the text reverts to TNR I have also tried to quote from other postings - by pressing the 'quote' button at the foot of that posting, but nothing is carried over to the 'composing' area - has anyone else had these problems?

Mike,
I get all those problems sometimes when posting from my phone or tablet, but never from my PCs (win7 and Chrome/Firefox). I assumed it was a compatibility problem with the Android/Samsung browser.
The 'Reply' button at the bottom of each post usually works if I dab it a second time, sometimes it just needs a few seconds to catch up with what I'm asking it to do; again I assumed it was an Android/Samsung issue.
