As is usual with JLTRT resin castings some work was needed to get the frame straight. Rather than use the hot water approach which is a bit coarse in application we used a hair dryer to warm the resin locally. Care is needed to ensure that the moulding is supported so that when warming one part, eg the solebar, that another part, eg. the inner frame does not "flop".

The axle-guards are whitemetal castings and needed to be persuaded into a shape like flat plate... the springs are whitemetal and needed a fair amount of work to remove flash and the effects of 3D printing for the master.
