So comedy soldering and comedy folding apart there doesn't seem to be comedy painting in your act ;)

This is an antenna stand and there is a Sinclair type antenna on top.

A very nice repaint of the CF7  . I have a couple of these, one round cab in Santa Fe blue warbonnet and the other a late cab in Louisiana and Delta orange. I just need to build a lyout to run them on.

Hi Jordan Great Loco, love the truck too:thumbs: Is it a Peterbilt 352 cabover? Love the 'Detriot Diesel' sound although some of these had Cummins engines in too..

Thank you for the new link. Amazing that the loco, which might be "big" in respect of UK motive power, is smaller than one of the wagons in the train.

.... then they go and race them as well....

So who won? More politely... please tell the story of what is happening in the video.

[BTW - how come over there gets a neater title and more content than over here? OK - we have had some of the pikkies here, not all and nothing like the captions]

Colin.... please introduce your dog, there seems to be a fashion for such pictures here and several have an interesting tail tale to tell.

Having watched the racing trains clip again I feel the need to lie down for a rest..... where is that blue sofa?

Jordan, being serious for a moment, what do you know about the railway in the clip? or the services? or the clip? The impact of seeing the two head-ends coming around the curve is dramatic and would liven up any model railway show.

Jordan,
I still find that video frightening and I live close to one end of that line! Those things make the ground shake when they are just ticking over....as we all know US railroads run on the right but they are nothing if not pragmatic and if there is nothing coming the other way will run trains every which way at the same time.
This is enabled by CNC (Central Neurotic Control). They are not usually phlegmatic and I fully expect the respective Engineers were yelling "YeeHaw!" at each other.

Best, Pete.

I like the way they stuck to the rules... just because the leading train had blown for the grade crossing and was occupying it at the time, didn't stop the second train from blowing for the crossing, too.....:D
Definitely a case of "Blow your own trumpet".
