Basingstoke 2025

Almost time for this one!
It's that time of year again when the great and the good (that's you) make tracks to the annual not-to-be-missed spectacle that is the Basingstoke Model Rail 2025 held by the Basingstoke & North Hants Model Railway Society.

Regarded as one of the best provincial shows in the south, it is being held over the weekend of 8th/9th March, details of which can be found at BNHMRS Annual Exhibition - Basingstoke and North Hants Model Railway Society (basingstokemrs.org)

This year we will have one of our larger club layouts (Beggarwood Lane) on display and possibly (in complete contrast) one of our member's own much smaller layout.

And not forgetting another member's layout "Scruft's Junction", see relevant topic in "Exhibitions", which at roughly 40 feet in length might be described as much larger...

Unfortunately, for those travelling by train from Waterloo, a rail replacement bus service is in operation between Woking and Basingstoke. on both days.
