Hi Everyone . Just getting round to introducing myself to other members .
I am into 7mm modern rolling stock , small diesel and electric locos from the 1930's onward in fact any loco which isnt bog standard and usually less than 4 axles from anywhere in the world . Any sort of oddball PW machines and related stuff .
I am finding the eyesight isnt what it was and I cant cope with screw link couplings . I like kaydee's and have some stock fitted but dont want to carve up the buffer beams of some prize diesel shunters so my question is to you guys is does anyone have any practical experience with the dingham auto couplings which I am about to trial . The etchs are very well done in nickel silver and the beauty of the system is the hooks simple replace the standard coupling without any mods. I will be glad of any advise and will keep you up to date with how things develop .
