I hope it's nothing too serious David has always been a font of help and useful products for the model world.
David had a huge range of products that covered a lot of modelling aspects.
I hope someone comes along and keeps some of it going.
As for the ABS range I hope that doesn't dissappear again never to be seen I cut my modelling teeth on a lot of the ABS range
Davids freight wagon kits were my first approach to brass building. Lucky me that I had these magnificant kits as a first experience. They are of superb quality and make it fairly easy for the absolute beginner to build a first class model.
IMHO the loss of MMP kits would be to loose some of the best kits on the market.
Complex and highly detailed but rewarding to build with excellent final results.
Best wishes to David.

so sad!! this is not the news one wants in the new year. From the start of my 7mm journey MMP has been there from locomotives to pacers to wagons and inside etc. I have enjoyed every bit of singed fingers and vocabulary extensions. Many many thanks David still got three mark 1 s to make with full bogie details. Oh and some leaf springs to be fitted to a wagon or two
