As for hand scribing? bonkers :)) if you screw up with a lasered part its just a question of pressing a button and repeating the part

At least with computer control of the laser the result is guaranteed... to be wrong each time;)

I had few minutes spare machine time over lunch and after sorting a fresh delivery of mdf I found some 6mm in the pile so just for Rob,,,,

There is a bit of a angle to the kerf, but the castings would probably have been the same.

Cheers  I was unsure if Pugsley was using a different kind ;)
I am - much cheaper ones! Only thing is, they're not in the original packet now and I can't remember where I got them from. There's a discount store not far from me, that stocks cheap art and craft materials, which is probably where they came from - you may have something similar nearby.

Cheers :) I will give 'The Works' a go, I've found them very good in the past for artists materials ;)

Good news for Rob :)

They are quite hard to cut as 6mm medite is really on the practical limit for lasering, it takes two or three goes which is why there is quite lot of burning and a little sanding needed, still its easier than cutting them with a jigsaw;)

While that was running the postie delivered this little lot

Guv', that brickwork looks superb!

I've been thinking about what I can use for my warehouse structure but at 1.2m long it may get a little tense!

Do we see some of Mr. Clapperton's finest?

Clearly you have been keeping something from the WT fraternity - all wheel drive for a Wonderloaf no less!
