Early GWR 1plks

Can someone clear something up for me I was reading though my.copy of the big white wagon book and I noticed that there was a reference to 950 1plk wagon with LOH of 15ft6 with a 9ft WB. So my question is this would they have a wooden under-frame or a Iron-Bulb one? Contemporary OSF box vans were built with both.

When were they built? That would give a clue, as I don't know what the big white book is.

The big white book is GWR Goods Wagons by Atkins, Beard & Tourret

Of the 27 lots of 1 plank wagons recorded as 15' 6", taking the enormous sample of the first number in each Lot, they were all built with Wooden underframes.
