I'm looking forward to immersing myself into Wibdenshaw's atmosphere for one final time, a quite sublime model railway from every point of view I think

The thing I've always enjoyed about Wibdenshaw, perhaps perversely given my modelling interests, is the representation of suburban/commuter passenger operations, the core workings which form a background to everything else that passes through. This is a type of operation rarely seen in model form and only really witnessed on the modern railway at places like Cardiff Central and, to a lesser extent, Bristol Temple Meads. Obviously, the freight operations themselves are fascinating, but this is what defined the layout for me.
