Just a reminder that The Guild's Summer show is on next Saturday at Doncaster Dome - see above for full details.

It was great to catch up with so many people in person at long last. A very enjoyable show where I managed to get everything that I went for and a few bits extra besides. I even managed to refrain from adding to the kit collection too.

My bargain of the day was a Leaky Rivet Press for the princely sum of £19 from the bring and buy.

Ahh, I had a face shield on and although it was transparent, a few people didn't recognise me - I wore it because the last show that I went to in March, I picked up the dreaded lurgy from some kind soul.
Unfortunately that won't help. Nothing less than an FFP2 mask will be any use with the new variants. We have shields but no use any more, the latest variants are so much more transmissable.
