Thought it about time to bump this thread.

What a thoroughly enjoyable day, so many really nice people. Many thanks to the Gloucestershire Group for their hospitality and good humour.

It was a good day. A real 'club' atmosphere. In a rush of blood to the head I bought one of Dragon's last remaining Ixion 0-4-0 Manning Wardles. I just need to commission someone to do it justice with a good paint job. Any suggestions?

Hi Dave, great to met with you too and thanks for reminder of that post way back on red-eye reduction. As a follow up to that episode my eye sight is nowhere near as good as it was, but what the heck.
