Hi Chaps,
If this works!, I shall have just added a picture of the latest engine I have made. This is GWR nr 95,
a Rhymney Railway engine reboiled by the GWR in the 1930's. At the time it was reputedly the most powerful 0-6-0 in the UK.
The model has a compensated chassis made from tinplate. The body is nickel silver. Only purchased items were the buffers, wheels and motor which is small JH . I have weighted it up to 2lbs as its normal job is to haul 25 coal trucks and a brake van. Eventually it will be going over the Fred for some weathering as it would have been a very scruffy thing. The original was scrapped in 1955.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for that. I should perhaps add that I am awaiting the numberplates. I am delighted with the way it runs which is the main thing. Some of Fred's magic will certainly bring it to life.
