GWR reboilering dates

Does anyone know where or even if there is a list of dates when the GWR reboilered their locos? I working on a Cornish layout circ 1910-1923 and I'm currently trying to workout if the locos that were based down the Duchy had been rebuilt with their new boiler and pannier tanks.
I now have the full allocated loco list for 1921 and I'm now trying to workout if the locos were ST or PT.

There are two sources of boiler data, both being at Q.

1/ The engine history sheet details boiler on and boiler off dates for an individual engine.

2/ The boiler register details date on and date off for an individual boiler.

How will knowing the boiler history tell you when an engine went from ST to PT? Try the relevant part of RCTS?

The rebuilding from ST to PT was done because of the fitting of Belpair fireboxes post 1910. The chap who is printing GWR tanks does multiple types of the the same class just with different tanks etc. So I want the correct rebuild for the time of the layout.

RCTS Locomotives of the Great Western Railway, Part Five, Six-Coupled Tank Engines lists boiler, saddle tank, pannier tank and superheating dates. No idea if the book is readily available, or if you have to ask someone with a copy nicely!

What specific classes are you after?

I think I have a copy hiding in a box somewhere in the office. I knew I had seen the data somewhere.
