Quick question - perhaps with no answer...

Has anyone tried to take an HJ Mk1 apart? - sure, the roof, the bogies and all sorts fall off but there's no obvious way of removing the sides - they unclip from the ends and bend out a bit, but seem securely fixed to the underframe as is the interior.....

Anyone?

No semtex, when fitting Kadee i had to use a knife to brake the glue bond .
They seem to clip together the add a couple of large spits of glue so it seeps into nearly every joint.

Thanks MTH I did wonder - It seems like the whole bottom of the bodyside is glued along its full length to the top of the underframe moulding - short of destroying it (and some might say that's a good idea) there's not a lot I expect you can do... Ah well back into it's big blue box... I had notions of fitting replacement sides to the correct profile and re-roofing it and sprucing up the underframe (just for starters)...
