I've been signed up to Western Thunder (brought here by constantly Googling 'St Mary Hoo'), but haven't ever formally said hello!
I'm currently working on a bit of a Chris Nevard 'Brew Street' style layout. Well, it'll be practically identical although I'm going for a slight Potteries theme. I've never really modelled anything other than hammering ballast-free track to a bit of chipboard and building a few SuperQuick kits as a kid.
I'm hoping that, by using Nevard's features in Model Rail and the inspiring work on here, I can use my layout construction to hone my skills (if I have any).
