Hello everyone!

I'm a 7mm modeller but like all the other scales because its all just art to me! I'm working on Garsdale and Delph as part of my Russian five year plan-will take 15 years and bankrupt me

Living near Vancouver in western Canada makes it hard to see as many layouts as I would like so I use forums to depress me when I start thinking that I'm making progress on my skills.

Ah, Chester from Vancouver, eh... must be the Chester who bought the Quarry. How is that layout going on?

My Son, Peter, and I helped Bob with the Quarry at probably ten shows in the UK over the years. Always a great favourite with the children when we announced the porridge run for the miner's breakfast / dinner / tea.

Welcome to W. T. Chester . Living in Australia (Keith M land) we have the same problems as you for modelling but the weather is better than the U.K.
I will now duck back down into the shade of the beach umbrella .
