Hudswell Clarke Naming Ceremony

Today at Crymlyn A Shop things are getting back to normal after the naming ceremony on GWR 359.
This locomotive was built under contract from Hudswell Clarke for the Llanelly & Mynydd Mawr Railway Co.
All the Directors and other Dignitaries of this company were invited to the official naming and handing over ceremony.
This all went very well until the Chairman's wife of the L&MMR, whose name incidentally is Hilda as well as our foreman's wife, uncovered the name plate to find that the locomotive was carrying different name.
However everything settled down and everyone departed leaving 359 to be collected in the morning to start duties at her new home.
Orla Board, the Crymlyn A Shop char lady whose name also appears on the locomotive, discusses the day's events with our foreman while the other A Shop reprobates resume their duties.
We must wonder if the rumours about our foreman are true while a few of the girls from the local leisure centre relax before another busy evening.
