This little beauty turned up today

and already hard at work in the Engineer's siding looking for some dirt & grime to settle.

Accurascale certainly seem to have captured the essence of the breed, smooth runner and the sound is fine. Will be interesting to see what their next loco might be.

Hi Mike,
Knowing your interest in excavators and the like, I initially thought the "little beauty" that you were referring to was on the Lowmac...

Must confess that was my first thought too.

that said, the clue was in the title!
Ah but the lowmac and excavator have appeared on here before - don't have an ex GWR T10 2 plank Signal Post wagon for it to push around But WEP do a kit which I may venture to get.

It may well have been to some but sadly the title doesn't give me any clue at all. Which may well be to do with my modelling interests ending in 1948 or that I am just very slow on the uptake...:rolleyes:

Having seen Mike's mention of the excavator/lowmac pair being seen here before, I haven't a long memory either...
