Hi :)

Anyone using this stuff for fixing glazing ?

If so, what do you do ?

Diluted or un diluted ?

Do you go round the edge or cover the window ?

Do you polish it up once dry ?

& last daft question ..what other applications are you using it for & your methods ?

BTW I should mention that my bottle is the original formula, as I believe the new stuff doesn't work ?.............if so, are there any simmilar products we can still obtain ?

Cheers Phill

Yes, just place the glazing in position and apply Klear with a small brush, should just run around join by capillary action, perfect clean fix once dry.

Other uses:
Glossing area up before applying waterslide transfers.
Excellent as a gloss or satin varnish (dependent on how many coats) with airbrush.
Bringing marked and scratched glazing back to life.
Fixing Ballast to your layout.
So many others uses.

Rumor has it that it can be used on floors as well.

I've also used it for ballasting on my latest layout. Much more controllable than the usual pva mix. Applied using an eye dropper.

Phill, I have used it quite a bit for sticking glazing in and as long as you treat the item with care it works well - send them through the post and no matter how well packed there will be no windows when they arrive. no pri zes for guessing how I found this out.......:( I have to say I won't be using it again.
