All put right today together fixing things in their correct position and starting to connect the rodding runs. David Rayner has been busy connecting up a facing point lock and point rodding runs to the London end station crossover.
Phil it will all work once I've sorted out the lever and interlocking mechanisms, this might take some considerable time;)

Too late! I'm afraid your "art director" will never seem to learn where to draw the line!

Thankfully for me, there aren't men in white coats any more! Care in the community is what I think they call it?!!

In the workshop, and all over Love Lane, there has been an awful lot of work going on! Mind you, progress continues to be difficult to assess, while Love Lane is all over the workshop!

I fear that the enormity of the task in the final run up to Telford, as well as the chaotic appearance of so many parts of the layout, and so many parts scattered, could easily be getting some of us down?

At the last gasp this evening, I finally remembered to grab my camera and take some shots.

The only three passable pictures are here appended:

I hope that these will serve to invigorate a tired crew, and provide a little inspiration too!

I think that although we do get tired I never seem to loose any inspiration with the quality of the work going on around us when we are there, we all bounce off each other........also the near to the knuckle jokes etc.:)) ( " 'allo Dud", " alright Pete" ! :D...or should that be Derek & Clive) which helps break the occasional monotony when deep into a task.
