Hi Paul, Welcome.
Have a look at the C & L Finescale website; among a whole range of track items, they do produce 3 bolt chairs, ( two outside, one inside ), though you may have to compromise on the exact details of those appropriate to LSWR.

As far as I can see, the C&L 3 bolt chair is 2 inside, 1 outside -the wrong way round for Paul.

If you have a drawing or a real chair you could commission a 3D CAD drawing and get a few solid printed. Maybe not as expensive as you think. But depends what you plan to do with it then. If you want lots them then I assume plastic injection moulding would be best and that's probably not affordable, but if you want only a couple of hundred, then whitemetal casting in an RTV mould from a solid printed patterns is quite feasible - see thread on here by unklian about Gauge 3 chairs.
