I believe the Sturrock loco was pictured in MRJ some years ago, and that was the last time I saw anything of Mike's work in the model press. I would credit him with stirring my own, slightly later period interest in Victorian railways, for which I am very grateful.
He is a true pioneer and educator in the modelling and history of an otherwise utterly neglected ( by modellers) period of our railway history.
