Hi my name is Byron and I live in devon, my interest is WD i.e. war department, it offers a fantastic number of unusual loco, stock and buildings.
I have been bulding O gauge for about seven years after being converted from 4mm, I really enjoy a challenge having finished a Dean goods with pannier tanks and Westinghouse pump gear, also an S100 USA tank as they came over here during the war,
Just to prove a point I am now scratch building a Gazelle 0.4.2 loco of the Shropshire and Montgomeryshire railway, interesting!!!
I do not have a layout at the moment but i am a member of a local club, which is great fun.
Best regards
Byron

Welcome Byron.

Wholly concur with what the others have said above about plenty of pictures. I would be interested in the USATC S100.

Welcome Byron, ironically my very first O gauge loco was a scratch build of Shropshire and Montgomeryshire Railway No 2 "Severn"

St Martin's Wharf is at Telford 2018 with a potential trip to Wigan later that year. If you brought your model along then we could run a Col. Stephens double head with two "Severns" as Bob has a similar scratch build.

It is possible that was me, Martin. And if I didn't say my thank yous at the time I deserve a good slap! I apologise wholeheartedly.

I don't think you have anything to apologise for, well not at least to me. I'm certain I sold them to a chap called Byron who lives in Devon, which would appear to fit the OP.
