I'm just about to re start these NER Hoppers there will be ten in all .They were probably never seen on the LNWR but hey ho

These two are almost complete .The floor that comes with the kit is incorrect so I have made a new floor for the next two They do make up into a rather nice model and I hope that they capture the rugged feel of the prototype

Hi Marc these were sprung like this but I now have some etched W irons for the next ones So they should be free running

Interesting. would make refitting wagons easier. I have fitted slaters rocking sub frames to most of my GER opens but have a lot of wagons that that is not an option.

It is quite a good way of doing it as you don't have to disturb the W irons etc
