Good evening all. New member to the Forum from Wrenthorpe South - WF1 postcode.
Interests - Great Central Railway Pre Grouping and ex LMS, LNER and BR Standards
in early/mid 1950's BR - those happy carefree days of my teens. Steam era of course
although I do have some diesels - just to play at Thomas and entertain my grandsons!
I have a custom built railway room with baseboards erected, track plan on top and workbench,
the whole currently resembling a car boot table together with lots of boxes of kits underneath -
these being the ones that I can't get into my study!
I also have a complete run of baseboards and some track laid round the garden.
On top of the workbench and in various stages of completion at present - Martin Finney V2,
Snow Hill WD 2-8-0, two Connoisseur J39's, Metalsmiths 75 ft turntable and a model of a
Stothert & Pitt coaling stage. Time to stop typing..

That's a splendid collection of kits on the workbench - LMS and BR standards certainly tick my boxes.
