Hi Dan
I’ve not that much room at the moment for a big layout so a small simple one for now. I love Branchlines and the GWR. However I want to get into kit building.

Well here is were I’m up to with this Parkside MOGO kit.
This is the first model I’ve ever built and enjoying it. Not being familiar with the prototype I cannot for sure that everything is where it should be so any advice would be welcome?
I will have to start getting myself some books on wagons used by the GW plus other companies.

Welcome to WT, and congratulations on putting a build up so quickly.
As a first build that's really good - in fact I shouldn't qualify that statement, it's a good build full stop. IMHO you've started the right way, with a buildable kit rather than a complex one. I'm sure you'll start to receive lots of advice about how to improve the basic material, but I'm not the person to do that. As you say, there are many books which you can use for reference, and if you look up Paul Bartlett's photos on line you'll find loads of photos which are invaluable.
I hope you continue to enjoy your model building. I'm sure I speak for all members of WT when I say that you'll receive assistance when you need it, ask for it or (eventually) probably don't ask for it!
