That's two jobs done that I was putting off. The clay stacks, definitely something you have to be in the right mood for, and the roof.

Placed back on the layout, with the roof now on, the dries are quite an imposing building.

Somewhat different from the original "save lots of time, use a RTP building straight out the box" concept I started with!

Bizarrely, I doubt I'd have ended up with anything as interesting if I'd built the building from scratch rather than the RTP conversion.

Definitely happy with how it's turning out. Must admit I had a "what have I done?" moment after chopping up 2 perfectly good buildings.

Cornish ale I can definitely do (I prefer Tribute to Proper Job). Sadly a proper Cornish pasty around these parts is a tall order.

It was an area that I was stuck on what to do for quite a while and the solution would never have materialised had it not been for discussion and suggestions on the thread. Always good to have (non-pannier related) ideas from others.

A bit of a water tank knocked up from bits and bobs, offcuts and an unused bridge beam from a previous project.

A couple of cuts later, sees a space for the water tank made.





I'm going to extend the highly dangerous walkway around the front of the tank to link up with the upper level.
